ID Card Center

Office Hours and Location

      The ID Access Center is located in Van Houten Dining Hall and is open Monday through Friday, 9-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. (other times by appointment).

Card Uses

      ID cards are required for checking out books at the Baron-Forness and Miller School Libraries and for accessing your meal plan.  The ID card can also be used as an ATM card if you have a PNC bank account and will provide entry into University athletic games and cultural events.

Card Cost

      Initial card cost is $5.00 and replacement card cost is $10.00

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Cards

      Any lost or stolen ID cards should be reported to the Police Department immediately and a new ID card can be issued by going to the ID Access Center during hours of operation or by making an appointment.  Damaged cards should be turned in to the ID Access Center for the re-issuance of a new ID.  Remember, all replacement cards cost $10.00.

Alumni Cards

      As an alumnus, the University Center Fitness and Recreation Facility is still available for your use, however, you will need an Alumni Identification Card to be granted access.  Some valuable information which you will need to know before you use the facility follows:

        Facility Use Times

• Monday-Friday:  7 am - 10 pm
• Saturday-Sunday:  noon - 9pm
• As a reminder, the Pogue Student Center will be closed during University breaks and holidays.

        Cost and Process

• Edinboro University Alumni are charged $75.00 for a membership for each academic year (August through May).  Alumni may purchase a summer membership for $25.00 or a semester membership for $37.50.

• All fees must be paid at the Office of the Bursar, Hamilton Hall, Edinboro University.

• The receipt from the Bursar's Office is to be taken to the ID Access Center in Van Houten Dining Hall to receive an Alumni Identification Card.  At that time, a validation sticker will be issued at the University Center Fitness Center and will be placed on the Identification card.

• A Guest Pass is also available to alumni members' guests.  Guest Passes are available at a cost of $5.00 per person per day from the University Center Fitness Center.  There will be no more than 2 guests per member per day permitted into the facility.

  • Reminder: This is not a family membership. This policy addresses only those individuals who are alumni of Edinboro University.
