Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies

 

            Edinboro University of Pennsylvania offers a unique alternative to the traditional major with a flexible program that leads to a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies (BAIS) degree. The program provides an appealing alternative for students who have:

            1)   unique goals that cannot be met through any other course of study at the University
            2)   circumstances which preclude completion of another degree program in the traditional manner
            3)   already earned an Associate degree in a specialized field and for whom the completion of the BAIS
                  degree may help them to attain personal satisfaction or career aspirations.

            Students in the Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies degree program select and combine courses into concentration areas appropriate to their career pursuits.
