BAIS Career Opportunities

            BAIS students are encouraged to use the skilled services available at Edinboro's Center for Advising and Career Services early and often.  Whether seeking some input on course selection, identifying a minor program of study, participating in co-curricular activities, learning contemporary job search strategies, getting feedback on a resume, or mock interviewing, the Center's staff can support your career planning.

            Individualized Studies (previously entitled "Specialized Studies") graduates have gone on to enjoy success in various types and levels of positions as a result of their degree, Individualized Studies concentration, minor, internship, and relevant experience. BAIS alumni are currently working in areas such as human services, education, health services, protective services, graphic design, independent film, sales, manufacturing, and others. Some alumni have pursued graduate study in business, education, counseling and social work and others have pursued technical training in fields such as computer and information science, allied health, real estate, and others.
