Mission Statement

The Edinboro University Foundation exists to support the mission of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania through the solicitation, collection, and management of gifts and the disbursement of Foundation assets.

Vision Statement

The Edinboro University of Pennsylvania Foundation will be in the first quintile of all State System of Higher Education Foundations and University Foundations of a similar size based on assets.

This will be accomplished through thoughtful planning, creative solicitation and prudent fiscal management. This requires a forward thinking, aggressive and creative staff supported by a strong, active and dedicated board of directors.

The Foundation strives to become the best within the State System of Higher Education, recognized as an innovative, effective, and respected organization. We pledge ourselves to be an agile organization with the flexibility required to meet the rapid changes that challenge us and to seize opportunities when presented. We value the ability to anticipate what is needed, to become proactive rather than reactive, and to stretch our ability to perform.
