VII.  REVISIONS

Revisions of this document must be authorized by the President of the University.  Revisions are generally planned to coincide with the beginning of a new academic year.  In such cases, the Student Code of Conduct and Judicial Procedures for the current academic year will contain the revisions.  Revisions that cannot be included in the most recent copy require a special notification to the University community.

The special notification will be in the form of a notice in the Spectator and/or in some other manner reasonably calculated to reach the University community.   Copies of the document, including any revisions, are available for review at the the Office of Student Judicial Affairs, Dean of Student Life, and the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Student Success.
