This page provides a variety of tips about using the library more effectively and answers some of the more commonly asked questions we receive about research and the wide variety of information resources to which we provide access. Additional links have specific suggestions for faculty and students. Links to handouts developed by the library faculty and others are also included.


What kinds of handouts and information are available to assist me?
The library faculty have compiled a variety of handouts, Web sites, and other materials to assist you with every step of the research process. They are categorized along the standards for information literacy for higher education established by the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL). If you need additional assistance, please stop by or contact the Information Desk on the 1st floor of the library (814-732-2253).
