MILS 402 TRANSITION TO LIEUTENANT
This course continues MILS401. It requires students to identify and resolve ethical dilemmas, to refine counseling and motivation techniques, and to examine aspects of tradition and law as they relate to leading as an officer in the United States Army. The course prepares students to be successful Army lieutenants. It also requires students to participate in leadership lab and three weekly one-hour physical fitness sessions as well as one weekend exercise. Additional weekend exercises are optional.
Prerequisite: MILS401. (Spring Semester)
