The Technology and Communications Administrative Team provides both the leadership of the unit and the administrative support. Support functions provided by Carla Behr and Blare Webb include travel preparation, scheduling of facilities and activities, procurement, budget and bill tracking, telephone support, and related duties. Leadership is provided from the Office of the Associate Vice President, Andrew C. Lawlor, through strategic planning, budgeting, facilitation, project management, and team development.

The T&C Leadership Team, consisting of the Associate Vice President, Director of Enterprise Systems, Director of Networks and Telecommunications, and the Director of Desktop Systems and Learning Technology, provides a team-based leadership platform for addressing the opportunities and challenges of technology for Edinboro University.
