Analog Telephone Feature User Guide
(Faculty and Staff - PBX System)
Speed Call:
To store Speed Call entries:
1. Lift the handset and press #2.
2. Dial the Speed Call code (00-19), followed by the phone number it represents. If the entry
is accepted, you hear silence. If the entry is not accepted, you hear a fast busy tone.
3. Then hang up.
Repeat steps 1 through 3 for each entry to be stored.
To make a Speed Call:
1. Lift the handset and dial #3.
2. Dial the Speed Call code (00-19). The number represented by the Speed Call code is
dialed.
Call Forward:
To Forward Calls:
1. Lift the handset and dial *1.
2. Dial the number where calls are to be forwarded.
3. Hang up.
To cancel Call Forwarding:
1. Lift the handset and dial #1.
6-Party Call:
1. While connected on a call, press the switch hook. You will hear a dial tone.
2. Dial the number of the 3rd party.
3. Wait until they answer and press the switch hook again. Repeat for additional parties.
