Overview:

Technical assistance is provided for data network connectivity issues including Internet, Intranet, and server connections, video over IP and installation of new connections. This support encompasses troubleshooting and configuring network connections to PC's, modems, switches, hubs, routers, firewalls and all other data network related devices.


The following recommended equipment is compatible with our network infrastructure:

Data Network Switches:       Cisco Catalyst Ethernet Switches

Wireless Access Points:      Cisco 802.11b/g Access Points

Wireless Cards:                      Any card that is 802.11b/g compatible
