Digital Telephones - Station Features

Autodial: Allows you to preprogram one number for quick dialing.

*NOTE: 3903 telephones require the use of the SHIFT key to access AUTODIAL keys.

Program: Without lifting handset press AUTODIAL, dial number to be stored, as you would dial it, and press AUTODIAL again.

Utilize: Lift handset or press extension key, press AUTODIAL, number is dialed automatically.

Call Forward: Allows you to redirect calls from your telephone.

Activate: Without lifting the handset, press FORWARD key, dial number where calls are to be forwarded, press DONE key, Note LCD is lit, Display shows CFWD.

Cancel: Press CHECKFW key, then press CANCELFW key.

Call Pickup: Allows you to answer another ringing phone from your phone if you are in the same ring pickup group.

Activate: If you have a Call Pick-Up button on your phone, just lift handset and press Call Pick-Up to answer ringing phone.

Conference: Allows you to establish a 6-way internal/external conference call.

Activate: Press CONFERENCE key and dial the number, announce conference and press CONNECT key to join all parties, repeat for each party.

Hands Free: Allows you to have a telephone conversation in "hands free" mode.

Activate: Press HANDSFREE, dial tone is heard, dial number, once answered talk via 2-way speaker. At any time call can be in "private" mode by lifting the handset.

Hold: Allows you to place a caller on HOLD.

Activate: On a call, press HOLD, extension key flashes, hang up phone.

Return: Lift handset, press flashing extension key to return to caller.

Last Number Redial: Allows you to automatically redial the last number you dialed.

Utilize: Lift handset, press EXTENSION key, number is redialed. Or, press EXTENSION key twice.

Goodbye: Disconnects you from a call.

Park: Allows you to park an established call on a phantom number (8700-8709) from one phone and retrieve that same call from another phone.

Utilize: When on a call, Press PARK. Look on Display for phantom number, and press DONE. Go to desired location, lift handset, dial phantom number to retrieve parked call.

Speed Call: Allows you to preprogram numbers for abbreviated dialing.

Program: Without lifting the handset, press SPCCTLR, dial 2-digit code (00-19), enter telephone number to be stored as you would dial it, press DONE key when finished.

Utilize: Lift handset, press SPCCTLR, dial 2-digit code, number is automatically dialed.

Transfer: Allows you to transfer a call to another internal extension.

Utilize: Press TRANSFER, dial extension of the person you are transferring the call to, press CONNECT again.
