Networks and Telecommunications provides technical assistance for network and telecommunications support as well as a variety of solutions to meet the combined interim and future needs of the Edinboro family. All requests for network, telephone and voice mail support should originate with a Help Desk ticket. Help Desk tickets may be originated by calling 732-2111 or by accessing the online form.
All requests for office moves, relocations and employment changes should be initiated by submitting an online request via the Employee Changes and Office Relocation (ECOR) system. The Help Desk ticket should contain as much detailed information as possible. The ticket will be forwarded to the appropriate member of the Networks and Telecommunications staff who will then initiate all required activities related to problem resolution or technical support.
